Section He-W 606.42 - Old Age Assistance Age Requirements(a) Age shall be verified at the initial determination of eligibility and whenever conflicting evidence indicates an incorrect age.(b) Refusal or failure to verify age shall result in the denial or termination of old age assistance financial assistance for the individual whose age is not verified.N.H.
