Section He-W 606.24 - Age(a) The age of each child in a financial assistance to needy families (FANF) financial assistance group shall be verified at that child's initial determination of eligibility and whenever additional evidence indicates incorrect age.(b) Refusal or failure to verify age shall result in the denial or termination of FANF financial assistance for each child for whom age is not verified.N.H.
