Section He-W 606.19 - Presence of a Dependent Child(a) Refusal or failure of the parent or caretaker relative to verify the presence of a dependent child shall result in the denial or termination of FANF financial and medical assistance for:(1) Each child whose presence is not verified; and(2) The parent or caretaker relative, if it cannot be verified that any dependent children are present.N.H.
