Section He-W 604.02 - Notice of Decision(a) Except where otherwise specified, positive benefit changes shall take effect for the next available payroll period after the change is processed, as determined by computer processing cut-off dates.(b) When positive and negative changes occur or are reported simultaneously, the changes shall be processed together and the combined effect of the changes shall determine the notice requirements as described in He-W 604.03.N.H. Admin. Code § He-W 604.02
