Section He-W 569.05 - Covered Services

The following radiological services shall be covered when ordered by a physician or other licensed practitioner within the scope of his or her practice:

(a) Therapeutic radiological services, such as radiation therapy; and

(b) Diagnostic radiological services in accordance with the prior authorization requirements of He-W 569.06.
