Section He-W 544.13 - Third Party Liability(a) All third party obligations shall be exhausted before medicaid shall be billed, in accordance with 42 CFR 433.139.(b) Recipients who elect or revoke the medicaid hospice benefit shall also elect or revoke the hospice benefit under medicare and other insurance, as applicable.N.H.
