Section He-W 543.06 - Non-Covered Services(a) Services which are not described in the various service component rules in this chapter shall be non-covered in a hospital setting as either inpatient or outpatient hospital services.(b) Services provided to recipients by psychiatric hospitals or in institutions for mental diseases shall be non-covered services under He-W 543.N.H. Admin. Code § He-W 543.06
