Section He-W 507.05 - Appeals(a) Individuals may appeal an adverse disability determination, pursuant to RSA 541-A:31, III and He-C 200.(b) Individuals must submit the written request for a hearing to the local district office pursuant to RSA 541-A:31, III and He-C 200 within 30 days from the date of the notice of decision.
