The purpose of these rules is to set forth the licensing requirements for all community residences (CR) at the residential care and supported residential care level licensed pursuant to RSA 151:2, I(e) , and thereby ensure, through basic standards, the health and safety of individuals in a community residence receiving shelter, food, training, and protective oversight services.
