N.H. Admin. Code § He-P 810.02

Section He-P 810.02 - Scope

This part shall apply to any individual, agency, partnership, corporation, government entity, association, or other legal entity operating a birthing center except:

(a) The facilities listed in RSA 151:2, II;

(b) All entities which are owned or operated in their entirety by the state of New Hampshire, pursuant to RSA 151:2, II(h); and

(c) All health promotion, disease prevention, or screening clinics operated by a New Hampshire licensed birthing center.
