Section He-P 804.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this part is to set forth the classification of and licensing requirements for assisted living residence-residential care (ALR-RC) pursuant to RSA 151:2, I(e) (2) and as described in RSA 151:9, VII(a) (1) .
