Section He-P 601.15 - Appeals(a) The department shall notify applicants or OQA of the department's decision to deny or revoke a certification of the right to request an administrative appeal in accordance with RSA 541-A and He-C 200.(b) If an applicant or OQA fails to request an administrative appeal in writing within 30 days of the date of the notice, the action of the department shall become final.(c) Administrative appeals under this section shall be conducted in accordance with RSA 541-A and He-C 200.(d) Further appeals of department decisions under this section shall be governed by RSA 541.N.H. Admin. Code § He-P 601.15
