Section He-P 4047.10 - Quality Assurance For Radiation Therapy Simulation Systems Quality assurance for a conventional or virtual simulator shall include:
(b) Periodic verification of system performance;(c) Be performed in accordance with "Comprehensive QA for Radiation Oncology," (Updated by Table II) (1994) prepared by American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM), Radiation Therapy Committee Task Group No. 40; or(d) Be performed in accordance with "Quality Assurance for Computed -Tomography Simulators and the Computed Tomography-Simulation Process" (2003) prepared by AAPM Radiation Therapy Committee Task Group 66 as incorporated by reference and included in Appendix A.N.H. Admin. Code § He-P 4047.10
