Section He-P 4045.05 - Maintenance Record and Associated Information The registrant shall maintain the following information for each x-ray system or MRI machine for inspection by DHHS/RHS until the registration requiring records is terminated:
(a) Model and serial numbers of all major components, and user's manuals for those components;(b) Records of shielding reviews and surveys, where applicable;(c) Records of calibrations, maintenance, and modifications performed on the x-ray system(s); and(d) A copy of all correspondence with DHHS/RHS regarding that x-ray system.N.H.
