Section He-P 4040.08 - Expiration of Certificates of Registration(a) Each certificate of registration for possession of a radiation or MRI machine shall expire at the end of the day on the first July 31 after issuance of the certificate.(b) Each certificate of registration for servicing and services shall expire at the end of the day on the first July 31 after issuance of the certificate.(c) The registration for any individual machine shall terminate upon disposal, permanent removal or change of ownership, of the machine as described in He-P 4040.05.N.H.
