Section He-P 4040.01 - Purpose This part provides for:
(a) The evaluation of the need for shielding for new and modified ionizing radiation facilities;(b) The process for the registration of ionizing radiation machines;(c) The process for the registration of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines;(d) The process for the registration of persons providing radiation machine or MRI servicing, or services; and(e) The process for the approval of an out-of-state radiation or MRI machine to be brought into the State of New Hampshire.N.H.
