Section He-P 4035.07 - Radiation Protection Program Changes Radiation protection program requirements shall be as follows:
(a) A licensee shall revise its radiation protection program without DHHS/RHS approval if: (1) The revision does not require a license amendment;(2) The revision is in compliance with the rules and the license;(3) The revision has been reviewed and approved by the radiation safety officer and licensee management;(4) The affected individuals are instructed on the revised program before the changes are implemented; and(b) A licensee shall retain a record of each radiation protection program change for 5 years. The record shall include:(1) A copy of the old and new procedures;(2) The effective date of the change; and(3) The signature of the licensee management that reviewed and approved the change.N.H.
