Section He-P 3203.01 - Supplemental Foods(a) Supplemental foods shall be provided to participants based upon category and nutritional need in accordance with 7 CFR 246.10(e) (10) and 7 CFR 246.11(c) where category refers to a pregnant woman, breastfeeding woman, postpartum woman, infant, or child.(b) Maximum allowable types, quantities, or volumes of foods may be tailored by a competent professional authority, according to an individual's nutritional status or a licensed healthcare provider's prescription within a category as specified above.N.H.
