Section He-P 3202.04 - Nutritional Risk(a) An applicant shall be eligible to participate in the program if the applicant is at nutritional risk as defined by 7 CFR 246.2.(b) An applicant shall be deemed to be at nutritional risk if a competent professional authority determines that the applicant has any of the conditions listed in 7 CFR 246.7(e) .N.H.
