Section He-P 3008.16 - Critical Congenital Heart Disease (CCHD) Screening(a) Newborn CCHD screening shall be required for all infants born in the state of New Hampshire in accordance with RSA 132:10-aa.(b) CCHD screening shall be accomplished by pulse oximetry following the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines and screening algorithm "Strategies for Implementing Screening for Critical Congenital Heart Disease," (November 2011) available as noted in Appendix A.N.H. Admin. Code § He-P 3008.16
