Section He-P 2707.04 - Denial of License Applications(a) The department shall deny an application if the application is not complete in accordance with He-P 2707.01 and items requested by the department in accordance with He-P 2707.02 are not received within the time requested. (b) The department shall deny a license for a bulk milk hauler if the evaluation and inspection conducted in accordance with He-P 2707.07 deems the applicant non-compliant under RSA 184, He-P 2700, or Mil 301.(c) Any applicant who has been denied a license shall not operate as a bulk milk hauler.N.H.
