Section He-P 2707.02 - Processing of Applications(a) An application shall be processed in accordance with RSA 541-A:29 and RSA 541-A:29-a.(b) If the application does not contain all of the items required by He-P 2707.01, the department shall: (1) Deem the application incomplete; and(2) Notify the applicant in writing of which items are missing.(c) The requested items shall be submitted to the department within 30 days in order for the application to be processed.(d) If all the items required by He-P 2707.01 are received, the application shall be deemed to be complete.N.H.
