Section He-P 2702.04 - Denial of Permit Applications(a) The department shall deny a producer permit application if an applicant for a producer permit does not receive a minimum score of 95 on an inspection with no critical item violations set forth in He-P 2702.10.(b) Producer permit applications shall be denied in accordance with RSA 184:90 and RSA 184:91.N.H.
