Section He-P 2506.03 - Retroactive Payment(a) Applicants shall be eligible for payment for services beginning on the date of application.(b) Nothing in this provision shall prohibit payment for services rendered prior to the date of application.(c) Under no circumstances shall payment be made for services rendered more than one year from the date of application.N.H.
