Section He-P 2309.01 - Application Requirements A food service establishment applying for a license as a food processing plant shall:
(a) Comply with all of the application requirements described in He-P 2304.01;(b) Submit with the application a list of all food products to be produced in the food processing plant; (c) Submit a HACCP plan as part of the application as required by He-P 2304.13; and(d) Submit a copy of a finished product label.N.H.
