Section He-P 2157.01 - Shellstock Relaying(a) Any dealer who would like to conduct relaying activities shall apply for a shellstock relaying permit.(b) Permit applications shall be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the requested date of relay.(c) Any dealer who conducts relaying activities shall comply with the NSSP Guide, as incorporated by reference in He-P 2152.01.(d) All relaying activities shall be conducted in the presence of the state shellfish standardization officer or state shellfish standardization inspector or their representative.N.H.
