Section He-P 2155.04 - Request for an Administrative Hearing(a) An applicant or certificate holder shall have 10 calendar days after receipt of the notice of an enforcement action to submit a written request for a hearing.(b) If a request for a hearing is not received pursuant to (a) above, the applicant or certificate holder shall have waived his right to a hearing and the action of the department shall become final.(c) Hearings under this section shall be conducted in accordance with RSA 541-A and He-C 200.(d) For administrative fines, full payment shall be submitted to the department no later than 30 days from receipt of the notice or within 30 days from the date of the decision of the department's administrative appeals unit, if a hearing has been requested.N.H.
