Section He-P 2106.08 - Renewal of Licenses(a) License renewal applications shall be completed as required in He-P 2106.01, except that only labels which have changed since the previous license was issued or labels for new products need to be submitted.(b) License renewal applications shall be processed and issued or denied in accordance with He-P 2106.02, He-P 2106.03 and He-P 2106.05.(c) License renewal applications shall be made pursuant to He-P 2106.01 at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current license.N.H.
