Section He-P 1404.01 - Complaint Procedure(a) Any person may file a complaint against a licensee, or person practicing without a license, for an alleged violation of RSA 328-H or He-P 1400.(b) All complaints regarding a licensee, or a person practicing without a license, shall be in writing and include the following: (1) The name of the licensee or person practicing without a license;(2) The name and address of the complainant; and(3) The specific facts or circumstances that led to the complaint.N.H.
