Section He-P 1402.03 - Expired License(a) If an application for renewal is received after the expiration date of the license, the license shall be expired.(b) A practitioner whose license has expired in accordance with (a) above shall not practice until he or she has obtained a license in accordance with RSA 328-H and He-P 1400.(c) A practitioner whose license has expired in accordance with (a) above, and wishes to reapply for a license, shall apply for an initial license in accordance with He-P 1402.01.N.H.
