Section He-M 507.07 - Operating Requirements(a) Each individual shall have a written service agreement that includes goals and desired outcomes and activities specific to his or her community participation services. Each service agreement shall meet the requirements of He-M 503.11.(b) For each individual receiving community participation services, the annual service planning meeting shall include a discussion of employment and volunteer opportunities.(c) Individual community participation services shall be designed in accordance with He-M 503.08 and He-M 503.11.(d) Review of each individual's progress with respect to goals and outcomes shall be conducted and documented as specified in the service agreement, but not less than quarterly.(e) Participation in all community participation services shall be voluntary.(f) Any person may make a recommendation for termination of services in accordance with He-M 503.16.N.H. Admin. Code § He-M 507.07
