Section He-M 408.13 - Confidentiality(a) Each agency and facility, other than state facilities, shall develop and implement a policy regarding the confidentiality, storage, and disposal of clinical records and the circumstances under which information may be released.(b) Confidentiality policies shall conform with He-M 309.(c) The individual's written authorization for the release of information shall be maintained in the clinical record.N.H.
