Section He-M 406.04 - Notice and Income Verification(a) An individual shall inform the program within 30 days if: (1) The individual or a household member is convicted of any offense in He-M 406.03(b);(2) The household income increases by more than 20%; or(3) Any other event occurs that causes the individual to become ineligible for services under the program.(b) The applicable income level shall be verified by the program annually.N.H.
