Section He-M 203.09 - Due Process Hearing Scheduling and Timelines(a) Any due process hearings brought pursuant to He-M 203 shall be held at a time and place convenient to the parent.(b) The impartial person shall, no later than 30 days after the initial receipt of a parent's complaint under He-M 203.05, complete the due process hearing and issue and mail a written decision to each of the parties.(c) The impartial person may grant specific extensions of time beyond the period set out in (b) above at the request of either party.N.H.
