Section He-M 203.06 - Status of a Child During Proceedings(a) During the pendency of any proceeding involving a complaint under He-M 203 the child shall continue to receive the FCESS currently being provided unless the area agency and the parents of the child otherwise agree.(b) If the complaint involves an initial application for FCESS, the child shall receive those services that are not in dispute.N.H.
