Section He-M 1202.11 - Appeals(a) A request for appeal pursuant to He-M 1202.10(b) shall be submitted in writing to the director within 10 days following the date of the notification of revocation of authorization of a provider to administer medication or designation of a nurse trainer.(b) The director shall immediately forward the request to the administrative appeals unit so that an appeal proceeding can be scheduled.(c) Appeals shall be conducted in accordance with He-C 200.N.H. Admin. Code § He-M 1202.11
