Section He-M 1001.01 - PurposeThe purpose of these rules is to:
(a) Define the standards and procedures for the certification of community residences funded by the state of New Hampshire for persons with a developmental disability or acquired brain disorder; and(b) Establish minimum standards governing the operation and continued certification of such residences.N.H.
