Section He-E 807.11 - Disbursement of CMPs(a) Pursuant to 42 CFR 488.442(g) , the protection of the health or property of residents shall be assured by using CMPs collected exclusively to: (1) Pay for the cost of relocating residents to other facilities;(2) Pay for the costs incurred by the state medicaid agency related to the operation of a facility pending correction of deficiencies or closure including costs associated with receivership pursuant to RSA 151-F; and(3) Reimbursement to residents for personal funds or property lost at a NF as a result of actions by the facility or by individuals used by the facility to provide services to residents.N.H.
