Section He-E 701.05 - Dispositions(a) In situations where the supervisor determines that an investigation cannot be conducted, cannot be completed, or is duplicative of a protective investigation completed within the previous 12 months, a report shall result in one of the following dispositions: (1) No investigation conducted; or(2) Investigation not completed.(b) For reports that are duplicative of a protective investigation completed within the last 12 months the report shall be added to the alleged victim's protective investigation file.N.H.
