Section He-C 801.01 - Purpose and Scope(a) The purpose of these rules is to establish the requirements for the collection of health care provider data regarding the New Hampshire primary care workforce.(b) Participating licensees shall provide data via provider surveys pursuant to RSA 126-A:5 (a) and (f) , XVIII-a.N.H.
