Section He-C 6920.09 - Confidentiality of Records and Release of Information

Information submitted by the provider, staff members, or household members during the enrollment process, and all records regarding the facts that have been obtained by BCDHSC during the investigation, shall be kept confidential, except by court order to release the information or for the purpose of conducting an adjudicative proceeding.
