Section He-C 6917.17 - Informal Dispute Resolution(a) An opportunity for informal dispute resolution shall be available to any provider who disagrees with a citation issued by the department, per RSA 170-E:10-a.(b) When requesting an informal dispute resolution, the provider shall: (1) Submit a written notice to the department requesting an informal dispute resolution no later than 14 days from the date of issuance of the monitoring statement; and(2) Include in the notice why the provider believes that the citation was issued erroneously as noted in the monitoring statement.(c) In accordance with RSA 171-E:10-a, written notice of the department's decision shall be provided to the provider within 30 days from receipt of the request and receipt of any and all information from the provider.(d) An informal dispute resolution shall not be an option for any provider against whom the department has initiated a fine, or action to suspend, revoke, deny, or refuse to renew enrollment as a child care provider.N.H.
