Section He-C 6450.24 - Physical Intervention(a) Physical intervention techniques shall be used only to protect the juvenile from risk of harm to himself, herself, to property, or to protect the public.(b) The experiential/wilderness facility shall have a policy on the use of physical intervention.(c) Physical intervention shall be consistent with the training methods received by staff.N.H.
