Section He-C 6448.24 - Applications by Employees of Child-Placing Agency to Adopt or Obtain a Foster Family Home License Persons employed by a child-placing agency who wish to adopt or obtain a foster family home license shall:
(a) Apply, pursuant to He-C 6446.03 - He-C 6446.12, to a licensed child-placing agency other than the one where they are employed; and(b) Receive services from a child-placing agency other than where they are employed.N.H. Admin. Code § He-C 6448.24
