Section He-C 6448.14 - Provision of Adoption Services(a) The primary focus of the adoption program shall be to protect the rights of the children, birth and legal parents and potential adoptive parents and to meet the needs of the children for whom the child-placing agency accepts responsibility by offering services to the child, birth and legal parents, and the adoptive parents. (b) The child-placing agency shall explain the eligibility requirements of the agency to persons seeking to apply to adopt including: (5) Composition of the family; and(6) Financial ability to provide care for the child.(c) The child-placing agency shall explain to the person wishing to apply to adopt the child-placing standards for:(1) Adoption family assessment as described in He-C 6448.16(c) ;(2) Training as described in He-C 6448.17;(3) Services to pre-adoptive parents and children as described in He-C 6448.18; and(4) Post-adoption services as described in He-C 6448.19.N.H.
