Section He-C 6438.14 - Payment of Subsidy Out-of-State(a) Adoptive families who move out of state shall continue to be eligible for adoption subsidy payments and medical coverage if: (1) The child and family's eligibility requirements continue as described in He-C 6438.03; and(2) The adoptive parents apply for medicaid on behalf of eligible children in the state to which they move.(b) Children supported by an adoption subsidy through the non-title-IV-E funding shall continue to be eligible for NH medicaid.N.H.
