Section He-C 6430.08 - Retention of Founded Reports(a) Founded reports of child abuse and/or neglect shall be retained on the central registry for a period of 7 years subject to an individual's right to petition to have their name expunged from the central registry in accordance with RSA 169-C:35, IV.(b) Upon the receipt of a copy of the court order granting a petition to expunge, the department shall remove the individual's name from the central registry.N.H.
