Section He-C 6423.02 - Applicability(a) These rules shall apply to those foster family homes, licensed pursuant to He-C 6446 and certified pursuant to He-C 6347 in which children are placed by DHHS.(b) These rules shall not apply to child-placing agencies pursuant to RSA 170-E:25, IV, that establish their own rates.N.H.
