Section He-C 6355.14 - Crisis Stabilization for a Foster Care Program(a) The foster program shall contact the DCYF administrator or designee to request approval of residential crisis stabilization for a child, prior to service delivery.(b) Crisis stabilization in residential care provided by a foster care program shall not exceed 10 days within each 12-month period that the child is in placement.N.H.
