Section He-C 6350.29 - Requirements for Staff Communications(a) The residential treatment program shall maintain a daily log for staff communication which may include those circumstances requiring continued attention by staff, in addition to logs specific to Medicaid covered services in accordance with He-C 6420.07(a) (4) .(b) Direct care staff shall have access to children's records at the residential treatment program in order to provide care and supervision of the child and facilitate treatment plan goals.(c) Direct care staff shall have input into program policy development and planning when appropriate.N.H.
